VHC Global is a private digital verification and transparency service for websites, businesses, creators and agencies. We provide badge categories that help visitors understand whether digital work is declared as human-created, AI-generated or AI-assisted. The badge is a trust signal connected to a public verification profile, not a government approval, legal guarantee or court certification.

VHC Global currently offers three badge types: Verified Human-Created for work created by real people or substantially reviewed by humans; Verified AI-Generated for work fully or primarily created with artificial intelligence; and Verified AI Assisted for human work where AI tools support the creation, editing, automation or production process.

You apply through the VHC Global application form. You submit your company or brand name, website, contact email, contact person, country, business category, requested badge type, AI usage declaration, business description and a short explanation of how the work, content or product is created. Optional documents may be uploaded to support the manual review.

We may review the submitted application, the declared creation method, website URL, contact transparency, public website information, business identity signals, domain connection, uploaded documents, public reputation signals and internal risk indicators. The review is manual and may also include technical checks, but approval is never automatic.

No. A badge does not mean that VHC Global guarantees the business, website, content, product quality, legality, originality, customer satisfaction, financial reliability or legal compliance. The website owner remains fully responsible for all claims, content, services, customers, AI use, privacy duties and legal obligations.

VHC Global may offer eligible users the first 6 months free so they can register, test the dashboard and use the badge. Unless clearly agreed otherwise, this free period does not create automatic paid billing. After the free period, the user continues only if they voluntarily choose to keep or renew the badge.

If the user does not choose a paid badge period after the free trial, the badge may expire, be disabled, removed from the public profile or marked as inactive. There are no hidden fees and no automatic charge unless the user has clearly agreed to a paid renewal or subscription option.

Current prices may include Verified Human-Created at €7.99 for 6 months or €11.99 for 12 months; Verified AI-Generated at €5.99 for 6 months or €7.99 for 12 months; and Verified AI Assisted at €7.99 for 6 months or €11.99 for 12 months. Prices may change for future purchases or renewals.

The dashboard is designed to manage the full verification lifecycle. Depending on your account status, you may access the overview, badge code, subscription area, billing documents, profile and security settings, support form, scanner summary, badge status, current plan, renewal date and available badge change options.

After approval, VHC Global may provide badge code, a badge image, an embed script or a verification link. You must use the badge only on the approved website or domain, in the approved badge category, during the valid badge period, and without modifying the badge design, text, link or status.

Yes, you may request a change from one badge type to another, for example from Verified Human-Created to Verified AI Assisted. A change may require a new review. Unused remaining time from the previous badge period is generally not refunded if the badge type is changed before the current period ends, unless required by law or approved in writing by VHC Global.

A badge may be suspended, revoked, disabled or deleted if it expires, is unpaid, is used on an unauthorized domain, was obtained with false or misleading information, no longer reflects the website, is copied or modified, or is connected to unlawful, deceptive, harmful, abusive, fraudulent or misleading activity.

No. VHC Global does not take sides in customer disputes, competitor conflicts, legal claims, court cases, arbitration, mediation, government procedures or international tribunals. A badge must not be presented as legal evidence, official certification, expert testimony, governmental approval or a guarantee in any dispute.

VHC Global provides digital badge access, manual review, dashboard features and public verification profiles. Refunds may be considered for duplicate payments, technical errors or cases where the service has not started. Refunds are generally not available after manual review, badge activation, public profile creation, badge code access, renewal processing or badge misuse, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Document upload is optional unless VHC Global requests additional proof for manual review. Uploading a business registration document or proof of authorization can speed up verification. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive data. If documents contain private information not required for the review, you should redact it before upload.
