This Certification Policy explains how VHC Global reviews, approves, manages, renews, changes, suspends, expires, and removes verification badges.

By applying for, displaying, renewing, changing, or using a VHC Global badge, you agree to this Certification Policy, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable service rules.
VHC Global provides digital verification badges designed to help visitors understand how a website, business, content, product, or digital service is created or presented.
Our certification system is built around transparency. It does not judge artistic quality, business success, legal compliance, product safety, financial reliability, or customer satisfaction. It helps identify whether digital work is declared as human-created, AI-generated, or AI-assisted.
The purpose of certification is to provide a visible trust signal for online visitors, customers, partners, and the public.
VHC Global currently offers three badge categories.
This badge is intended for websites, businesses, creators, agencies, or digital projects that declare their work, content, services, or products are created by real people or substantially reviewed by humans.
This badge may be suitable where human work, manual creation, human review, craftsmanship, professional responsibility, or personal involvement are central to the service.
This badge is intended for websites, services, content, or products that are fully or primarily generated using artificial intelligence.
This badge does not mean that the AI-generated content is legally safe, accurate, original, unbiased, complete, or suitable for a specific purpose. It only indicates that the applicant has declared AI generation as the main creation method.
This badge is intended for websites, businesses, creators, or services where real people remain involved, but artificial intelligence is used as a supporting tool.
This may include AI assistance in writing, editing, translation, design drafts, coding support, customer support, automation, image generation, idea development, data processing, or other workflow support.
A VHC Global badge means that a website, business, or project has gone through a VHC Global review process based on information available at the time of review.
Certification may include checks such as:
business or brand identity;
website URL and domain connection;
contact transparency;
badge category declaration;
AI usage declaration;
business description;
submitted documents;
public website information;
public trust signals;
manual review by VHC Global.
Certification means that, at the time of review, VHC Global found sufficient information to issue the selected badge according to our internal criteria.
A VHC Global badge is not:
a government certification;
a public authority approval;
a legal opinion;
a court document;
an expert report;
an audit report;
a guarantee of legality;
a guarantee of originality;
a guarantee of product quality;
a guarantee of customer satisfaction;
a guarantee of business reliability;
a guarantee that no AI was used;
a guarantee that AI output is accurate;
a guarantee that content does not infringe third-party rights;
a guarantee that the verified website is free from scams, risks, errors, or illegal content.
VHC Global does not endorse, guarantee, supervise, insure, or take legal responsibility for the applicant’s website, business, products, services, claims, content, or customer relationships.
To apply for certification, an applicant may be required to provide:
company or brand name;
website or domain;
contact email;
responsible contact person;
phone number, if applicable;
country;
business category;
requested badge type;
AI usage declaration;
business description;
description of how the work, content, or product is created;
supporting documents, if requested or voluntarily uploaded.
The applicant is responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is truthful, complete, accurate, current, and not misleading.
VHC Global may reject or delay an application if the information is incomplete, unclear, inconsistent, unverifiable, misleading, or unsuitable for certification.
All applications may be subject to manual review.
Manual review may include checking public information, website content, business information, submitted declarations, technical details, uploaded documents, and internal risk signals.
VHC Global may request additional information before issuing a badge.
VHC Global may approve or reject applications at its reasonable discretion. No applicant has an automatic right to receive a badge.
By applying for certification, the applicant declares that:
they are authorized to represent the submitted website, business, brand, or project;
the submitted information is true and complete;
the requested badge type accurately reflects the creation process;
they will not use the badge in a misleading way;
they will update VHC Global if relevant information changes;
they will remove the badge if it expires, is revoked, or no longer applies;
they will not copy, modify, fake, or misuse any VHC Global badge.
False, incomplete, or misleading declarations may result in rejection, suspension, removal, deletion of the badge, account restriction, or refusal of future certification.
VHC Global may offer free trials, promotional periods, paid certification periods, or renewal options.
Current badge prices may include:

VHC Global may offer the first 6 months free as a promotional trial. After the free period, users continue only if they choose to purchase or renew the badge. Unless clearly stated and separately accepted, the free period does not create automatic paid billing.
Prices may change for future purchases, renewals, promotions, or new plans.
Each badge is valid only:
for the approved website or domain;
for the approved badge type;
for the approved business, brand, or project;
during the active certification period;
while the information remains accurate;
while the applicant complies with this Certification Policy and the Terms of Service.
A badge is not transferable to another domain, business, owner, buyer, brand, or project without prior approval from VHC Global.
Approved badges may be connected to a public verification profile.
The public profile may show selected information such as:
company or brand name;
website or domain;
badge type;
verification status;
verification date;
renewal or expiration date;
VHC ID;
business description;
declared creation method;
public trust signals.
The purpose of the public profile is to allow visitors to confirm that the badge is valid and connected to the correct website.
VHC Global may remove, hide, limit, or update public profile information if a badge expires, is suspended, is revoked, or if the information is no longer accurate.
After approval, VHC Global may provide a badge image, badge code, script, link, or verification URL.
The badge must be displayed only in the approved form and only for the approved website.
The applicant may not:
modify the badge design;
change the badge text;
remove verification links;
use the badge on unapproved domains;
display an expired badge as active;
copy another company’s badge;
create fake VHC Global badges;
claim a different badge type than the approved badge type;
use screenshots of inactive or revoked badges as proof of current certification.
VHC Global may disable badge code or public verification links if misuse is detected.
A user may request to change from one badge type to another, for example from Verified Human-Created to Verified AI Assisted, or from Verified AI-Generated to Verified Human-Created.
A badge type change may require a new review.
VHC Global may approve, reject, or delay the change if the new badge type is not supported by the available information.
Unused time from the current badge period is generally not refunded if the user changes the badge type before the current period ends, unless mandatory law requires otherwise or VHC Global decides otherwise in writing.
VHC Global may send renewal reminders before a badge expires, for example 1 month, 2 weeks, and 1 day before expiration.
After successful renewal, the badge expiration date may be extended.
If a badge is not renewed, it may expire automatically. Once expired, the badge may become inactive, disappear from the public profile, show an expired status, or be disabled.
VHC Global is not responsible if renewal reminders are not received due to incorrect email addresses, spam filters, email delivery issues, third-party systems, or technical problems.
If a badge expires, the applicant must stop presenting the badge as active.
An expired badge may not be used in advertising, websites, social media, customer communication, documents, offers, invoices, proposals, legal disputes, or public claims as if it were still active.
VHC Global may keep a public record showing that a badge existed but has expired, or may remove the public record completely.
VHC Global may suspend a badge temporarily if:
information becomes unclear or inconsistent;
a complaint is received;
the website materially changes;
payment is reversed or disputed;
the badge appears to be misused;
the badge is displayed on an unauthorized domain;
the applicant does not respond to review requests;
there are indications of fraud, deception, abuse, or unlawful activity;
continuing to display the badge may create reputational, legal, technical, or security risks.
During suspension, the badge may be hidden, disabled, marked as suspended, removed from public search, or blocked from display.
VHC Global may revoke, delete, or permanently remove a badge if:
the applicant provided false or misleading information;
the badge was obtained through fraud or deception;
the website promotes illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content;
the website materially changes and no longer matches the certification;
the badge is copied, modified, sold, rented, transferred, or misused;
the applicant falsely claims official, governmental, legal, court, or authority approval;
the applicant uses the badge to mislead visitors, customers, authorities, courts, or third parties;
the applicant violates this Certification Policy or the Terms of Service;
continued badge display may harm VHC Global, users, visitors, or the public.
If a badge is revoked or deleted, the applicant must immediately remove the badge, badge code, badge images, badge links, and all references to active VHC Global certification.
VHC Global is a private transparency and verification service.
VHC Global does not participate in disputes between applicants, customers, competitors, authorities, courts, arbitration bodies, international tribunals, or other third parties.
A VHC Global badge must not be presented as court evidence, legal certification, official expert proof, governmental approval, authority confirmation, arbitration result, or legal guarantee.
VHC Global does not provide expert testimony, legal opinions, dispute resolution, mediation, arbitration, witness statements, court submissions, or official certifications.
If a dispute arises between the applicant and any third party, the applicant is solely responsible for managing that dispute.
VHC Global may receive complaints or notices about a certified website.
We may review the complaint at our discretion, but we are not required to investigate every complaint, mediate disputes, take sides, issue legal opinions, or decide private conflicts.
If a complaint raises serious concerns about badge misuse, false declarations, fraud, unlawful content, or safety risks, VHC Global may suspend or remove the badge.
VHC Global may contact the certified user for clarification, but is not obligated to disclose internal review methods, complaint sources, confidential reports, or legal analysis.
VHC Global may perform re-review at any time, especially:
before renewal;
after badge type changes;
after website changes;
after complaints;
after suspected misuse;
after ownership changes;
after changes in AI usage or creation methods.
Re-review may result in confirmation, correction, badge type change, suspension, expiration, or removal.
The applicant must notify VHC Global if there are material changes to:
website domain;
business name;
ownership;
contact details;
business activity;
creation process;
AI usage;
public claims;
website content;
legal status;
badge display location.
If the badge no longer accurately reflects the website, VHC Global may require a new review or remove the badge.
VHC Global may refuse or remove certification for websites involving:
fraud or scams;
phishing or malware;
impersonation;
illegal goods or services;
hate, harassment, or extremist content;
serious misinformation presented as verified fact;
fake shops;
unauthorized financial claims;
unauthorized medical, legal, or investment claims;
illegal adult exploitation;
copyright infringement;
deceptive AI impersonation;
content or activities that create legal, reputational, ethical, or safety risks.
VHC Global may update this list at any time.
Certification is based on review at or around the time of approval and may include later checks at VHC Global’s discretion.
VHC Global does not guarantee continuous monitoring of every certified website.
The applicant remains responsible for ensuring that the badge remains accurate and that the website continues to comply with applicable laws and this Certification Policy.
The certified user remains fully responsible for:
website content;
business activities;
AI usage;
customer relationships;
claims made on the website;
legal compliance;
privacy and data protection;
intellectual property rights;
advertising claims;
tax obligations;
product or service quality;
all consequences of badge misuse.
VHC Global certification does not transfer responsibility from the user to VHC Global.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VHC Global and FMA Design are not liable for:
third-party reliance on a badge;
incorrect information submitted by an applicant;
misuse of an active or expired badge;
unauthorized copying of badge images;
loss of reputation;
loss of customers;
loss of revenue;
legal claims involving the certified website;
customer disputes;
website changes after approval;
AI-generated content errors;
human-created content errors;
expired, suspended, revoked, or deleted badges.
Nothing in this Certification Policy limits liability where limitation is not permitted by law.
VHC Global may use internal verification criteria, risk rules, technical checks, manual review steps, and fraud-prevention methods.
These criteria may change over time.
VHC Global is not required to disclose confidential internal review methods, fraud-prevention rules, risk scores, security systems, or internal decision-making processes.
If an application is rejected or a badge is suspended or removed, the applicant may contact info@vhc.global and request reconsideration.
The request should include:
company or brand name;
website URL;
VHC ID, if available;
explanation of the issue;
supporting documents or corrections.
VHC Global may review the request but is not obligated to reverse its decision.
VHC Global may update this Certification Policy from time to time.
The updated version will be published on our website with a new “Last updated” date.
Continued use of a badge after changes become effective means that the user accepts the updated policy.

VHC Global badges are private digital trust signals, not government certifications or legal guarantees.
