By accessing our website, creating an account, applying for a verification badge, using a badge, or purchasing any VHC Global service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
VHC Global provides digital verification badges and related trust signals for websites, businesses, creators, agencies, and digital services. Our goal is to help website visitors understand how digital work, content, services, or online presence are created or presented.
VHC Global currently offers the following badge categories:
Verified Human-Created
For websites, services, or digital work that are declared and represented as created, operated, or substantially reviewed by real people.
Verified AI-Generated
For websites, content, services, or digital work that are declared and represented as fully or primarily created with artificial intelligence.
Verified AI Assisted
For websites, services, or digital work where real people are involved, but AI tools are used as part of the creation, editing, support, automation, or production process.
VHC Global is not anti-AI. We support transparency, responsible technology, and clear communication about how digital work is created.
A VHC Global badge is a digital trust signal based on the information available to us at the time of review and on declarations, documents, website checks, and other materials provided by the applicant.
A VHC Global badge does not mean that:
the website is legally risk-free;
the business has been approved by a government authority;
the content is guaranteed to be accurate, original, lawful, or complete;
the applicant has passed any official certification by a public authority;
VHC Global endorses, guarantees, supervises, or is responsible for the applicant’s products, services, content, claims, conduct, or business activities.
The badge only reflects that a verification process was performed according to our internal review criteria at the time of approval.
You may use our services only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
By applying for a badge, you confirm that:
you are authorized to represent the website, business, brand, or project submitted;
all information you provide is true, current, accurate, and complete;
you will not submit misleading, false, fraudulent, unlawful, or deceptive information;
you will not use a VHC Global badge to mislead users, customers, authorities, business partners, courts, or third parties.
If you apply on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that company or organization to these Terms.
Some services may require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately at info@vhc.global if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We may suspend or restrict access to your account if we believe that your account is being used in violation of these Terms, applicable laws, third-party rights, or our verification standards.
To apply for a VHC Global badge, you may be required to submit information such as:
business name or project name;
website URL;
contact details;
ownership or authorization details;
description of the website or service;
declaration of whether the work is human-created, AI-generated, or AI-assisted;
supporting documents or screenshots;
additional information requested by VHC Global.
We may review your website, submitted information, public business presence, domain connection, contact transparency, public reputation signals, and creation-method declaration.
We reserve the right to approve, reject, delay, suspend, or request additional information for any application at our discretion.
This badge is intended for applicants who declare that their website, service, content, or digital work is created or substantially reviewed by real people.
The applicant remains fully responsible for the truthfulness of this declaration.
This badge is intended for applicants who declare that their content, service, or digital work is fully or primarily created with artificial intelligence.
This badge is a transparency signal and does not judge whether the AI-generated output is accurate, lawful, ethical, original, or suitable for a specific purpose.
This badge is intended for applicants who declare that human work is involved, but AI tools assist in creation, editing, automation, support, production, or related processes.
The applicant is responsible for making accurate declarations about the level and nature of AI involvement.
VHC Global may offer a free trial or promotional access.
Where offered, the first 6 months may be free for eligible users. During this free period, users can test the service and decide whether they want to continue using the badge.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the free trial does not create any automatic paid subscription, automatic charge, or payment obligation.
After the free period ends, you may choose whether to continue with a paid badge period. If you do not choose to continue, the badge may expire, be disabled, or be removed without further fees.

Prices may change in the future. Any price changes will apply only to new purchases or renewals unless otherwise required by law.
Paid badge access must be paid in advance for the selected period.
All prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise. Taxes, VAT, transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or third-party payment fees may apply where legally required or technically applicable.
You are responsible for ensuring that your billing information is correct and up to date.
A badge may only be activated or renewed after payment is successfully received, unless VHC Global grants temporary access or a promotional period.
Before a badge period expires, we may send renewal reminders by email or through the user dashboard.
If you renew successfully, the badge period may be extended automatically from the end of the current valid period.
If you do not renew, your badge may expire, become inactive, disappear from public verification pages, or be removed from your account.
VHC Global is not responsible if reminders are not received because of incorrect email addresses, spam filters, technical issues, or third-party email delivery failures.
VHC Global does not charge users automatically after a free trial unless the user has clearly agreed to a paid subscription or recurring billing arrangement.
If recurring payments are introduced in the future, they will only apply where clearly disclosed and accepted by the user.
Because VHC Global provides digital services, manual review, badge setup, public profile preparation, and verification work, payments may be non-refundable once the review process or badge activation has started, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
Refunds may be considered at our discretion in cases such as duplicate payments, technical errors, or accidental charges.
Unused time from an active badge period is generally not refunded if:
you change your badge type;
you request removal of your badge;
your badge is removed due to violation of these Terms;
your website changes after approval and no longer meets the requirements;
your badge is suspended because of misleading, unlawful, or unverifiable information.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights that may apply under German or EU law.
If your badge is approved, VHC Global may provide you with a badge image, badge code, embed script, link, or public verification profile.
You may use the badge only:
for the approved website, project, business, or domain;
during the valid badge period;
in the approved badge category;
without modifying, copying, distorting, editing, or misrepresenting the badge;
without suggesting that VHC Global guarantees your business, work, content, services, products, legal compliance, financial reliability, or customer satisfaction.
You may not use a VHC Global badge on websites or materials that were not approved.
You may not copy a badge from another verified website or create a fake VHC Global badge.
VHC Global may remove, suspend, disable, delete, or revoke a badge at any time if:
the badge period expires;
payment is not completed or is reversed;
the applicant provides false, incomplete, or misleading information;
the website materially changes after approval;
the badge is used on an unauthorized domain;
the website contains unlawful, deceptive, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading content;
the website promotes scams, impersonation, illegal goods, prohibited services, or serious harm;
the applicant misuses the badge in advertising, legal disputes, public claims, or commercial communications;
the applicant violates these Terms;
continued badge display may damage the reputation, neutrality, integrity, or safety of VHC Global.
If a badge is deleted, disabled, expired, or revoked, you must immediately remove the badge, badge code, badge image, and all references to active VHC Global verification from your website, advertisements, social media, printed materials, and business communications.
VHC Global is a private digital verification and transparency service.
We do not participate in disputes between users, customers, businesses, competitors, authorities, courts, arbitration bodies, international tribunals, or other third parties.
A VHC Global badge may not be used as proof that a court, public authority, government body, international organization, tribunal, regulator, or legal institution has approved, certified, endorsed, or validated a business, person, website, claim, document, product, service, or dispute position.
VHC Global does not provide legal opinions, expert testimony, dispute resolution, arbitration, mediation, court evidence, official certification, or governmental verification.
If a dispute arises between you and a third party, you are solely responsible for handling that dispute. VHC Global has no duty to participate, provide evidence, appear in proceedings, issue statements, or take sides.
You remain fully responsible for:
your website;
your business activities;
your products and services;
your content and claims;
your legal compliance;
your privacy policy and data processing;
your customer relationships;
your AI usage disclosures;
your intellectual property rights;
your tax and billing obligations;
your compliance with all applicable laws.
VHC Global does not replace legal, tax, compliance, technical, security, privacy, or business advice.
You may not use VHC Global services or badges:
for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, or misleading purposes;
to impersonate another person, company, website, or brand;
to mislead visitors into believing that VHC Global guarantees your work or services;
to claim official governmental certification;
to promote scams, fake shops, phishing, malware, illegal content, illegal goods, or prohibited services;
to violate intellectual property rights;
to harass, threaten, defame, or harm others;
to interfere with VHC Global systems, website, badges, verification profiles, or technical infrastructure;
to scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or misuse our badge system or verification pages.
We may take technical, legal, or account-related action if prohibited use is detected.
We aim to keep our website, badge display system, and public verification profiles available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
VHC Global may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical problems, hosting issues, updates, cyber incidents, third-party services, or events beyond our control.
We are not liable for temporary unavailability, display interruptions, broken embed code, browser issues, caching delays, search engine indexing delays, or third-party technical failures.
If your website, business model, content, AI usage, ownership, domain, contact information, or creation process changes after approval, you must update your information or notify us.
If the changes affect the accuracy of the badge, we may request a new review, change the badge type, suspend the badge, or remove the badge.
You may not continue using a badge if it no longer accurately reflects your website or declared creation process.
All VHC Global names, logos, badge designs, verification marks, graphics, scripts, text, website elements, and related materials are owned by or licensed to VHC Global or FMA Design.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to display the approved badge during the active badge period and only according to these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, sublicense, register, imitate, or misuse VHC Global intellectual property.
Our website, badges, or verification profiles may contain links to third-party websites, tools, payment providers, hosting services, analytics providers, or other external services.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, policies, availability, prices, security, or data processing.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you understand that certain information may be processed for account creation, badge review, billing, fraud prevention, communication, customer support, and public verification display.
A public verification profile may show selected information connected to the verified website or badge, such as business name, domain, badge type, verification status, and verification-related details.

If you are a consumer under applicable law, you may have statutory rights, including a right of withdrawal for certain online purchases.
However, where digital services are provided before the withdrawal period expires, and where you expressly request or agree that the service begins immediately, your right of withdrawal may be affected as permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights that consumers may have under German or EU law.
VHC Global services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not warrant that:
a badge will increase sales, trust, traffic, ranking, conversions, reputation, or revenue;
a visitor will understand or rely on the badge;
a badge will prevent disputes, complaints, fraud, impersonation, or reputational harm;
a verified website is free from legal, technical, security, privacy, copyright, or business risks;
all information submitted by applicants can be independently confirmed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VHC Global and FMA Design are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or economic damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of reputation, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or third-party claims.
We are not liable for damages caused by:
incorrect information submitted by users;
misuse of a badge;
expired, suspended, or deleted badges;
third-party reliance on a badge;
website changes after verification;
AI-generated or human-created content published by users;
legal disputes between users and third parties;
technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not allowed by law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or mandatory statutory liability.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VHC Global, FMA Design, and their owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and partners from claims, damages, costs, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
your website;
your content;
your products or services;
your use or misuse of a badge;
false or misleading information you provide;
your violation of these Terms;
your violation of applicable law;
claims by customers, competitors, authorities, or third parties related to your business or website.
You may stop using VHC Global services at any time.
We may suspend, terminate, restrict, or delete your account, badge, public profile, or access to services if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, misuse the service, provide false information, or create legal, technical, reputational, or security risks.
After termination, you must stop using all active badge references and remove any badge code or visual badge from your website and materials.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated version will be posted on our website with a new “Last updated” date. Where required by law or where changes materially affect users, we may provide additional notice.
Continued use of our services after changes become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in the country of residence of a consumer.
If you are a business user, the courts competent for the registered place of business of FMA Design in Germany shall have jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law.
If you are a consumer, mandatory legal jurisdiction rules may apply.
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform for consumers. Information about consumer redress may be available through the official European consumer redress platform.
VHC Global / FMA Design is not willing and not obliged to participate in consumer dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, unless required by applicable law.
